Support
Three ways in, and which one to use comes down to a single question:does telling us what went wrong mean quoting your own data?
A bug, a question, an idea
The issue tracker is the primary channel and the best place for anything that is not about your own mailbox — a tool that misbehaves on an empty folder, a client that will not wire up, a protocol question, a feature request. It is public, so the answer is there for whoever asks next.
Anything that quotes your own data
A real Cupertino bug report often has to include a subject line, a chat, an account name or a contact. The tracker is public and permanent; thefeedback form is neither. No account is needed and the email address is optional — leave it blank and the report is anonymous.
Cupertino still makes no network connection of its own. Choosing Send Feedback in the app does not send anything: it hands your browser a URL and stops. Everything that URL carries — the app version, the macOS version, the Mac model and the language — is visible in the address bar, and on the page as four fields you can edit or clear before pressing send.
Licences and payment
Email support@mgcrea.io for a key that will not activate, a lost key, or a refund inside the 30-day window. A key is checked on your Mac and never sent anywhere, so a support reply is the only way we can look at one — quote the address you bought with rather than the key itself.
What a key covers, and what keeps working without one, is set out in theterms and indocs/licensing.md.
Finding the Help menu
Cupertino lives in the menu bar, so it only has an app menu while one of its windows is open. Choose Open Cupertino from the menu bar panel and Help ▸ Send Feedback is there. Opening this page or the form directly in a browser works exactly as well — the app only ever hands them over.
What to expect
Everything gets read, and most things get an answer within a few working days. A report that says which version, which macOS and which MCP client was connected is one that can usually be answered in the first reply rather than the third.
